01 About the App

OfferteSenzaSforzi displays Amazon product offers and provides saved items, price tracking, Wishlist AI, Smart Care, push notifications, and optional in-app plans. No account or login is required. The app uses a pseudonymous UUID to keep service limits, subscriptions, and notifications connected to the same installation.

02 Data We Process

We do not ask for your name, password, payment details, contacts, photos, or location. The app may process a pseudonymous UUID, subscription plan, Wishlist AI usage, Smart Care usage, and the descriptions you submit to Wishlist AI or Smart Care.

If you enable notifications, price tracking, or Smart Care monitoring, our server may store the Firebase Cloud Messaging token, selected notification categories, tracked products, target price ranges, monitored objects, maintenance dates, and replacement dates needed to provide those features.

Tutorial completion, favorite product identifiers, discarded product identifiers, and local Wishlist search chronology are stored on your device. Our server and technical providers also process basic network information, such as IP address, request time, requested resource, and technical error logs.

03 How We Use and Share Data

We use data to display offers, run AI requests, enforce plan and quota limits, deliver notifications, maintain security, support users, and resolve technical problems. Our admin tools may show pseudonymous UUIDs, plans, quotas, notification devices, and usage summaries for support and service operations.

Data may be processed by our hosting providers, Amazon when product images or links are requested, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, RevenueCat and the app store provider for purchases, and AI providers used to generate Wishlist AI and Smart Care responses. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or third-party analytics.

The legal bases are providing the service you request, managing subscriptions or notifications you enable, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.

05 Payments and Subscription Plans

Paid plans are purchased through the app store and synchronized with the pseudonymous UUID so the server can apply the correct limits. RevenueCat and the app store provider process purchase status and billing information. We do not receive your full payment card details.

• Free: no paid subscription; selected offers, favorites, discarded items and notifications, price tracking for 1 product, 3 Wishlist AI searches per month, and 1 Smart Care AI analysis per month.
• Smart: indicative prices of 1.99 EUR/month or 19.99 EUR/year; all Free features, price tracking for up to 10 products, 30 Wishlist AI searches per month, and 5 Smart Care AI analyses per month.
• Pro: indicative prices of 4.99 EUR/month or 49.99 EUR/year; all Smart features, unlimited price tracking, 150 Wishlist AI searches per month, and 20 Smart Care AI analyses per month.

Smart and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew yearly unless cancelled through your app-store account under the terms shown by the store. Store prices, taxes, refunds, purchase confirmation, and subscription management are handled by the app store.

Cancellation stops future renewals. The paid plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, whether monthly or annual. After expiry, the app returns to the Free plan unless another paid subscription is active.

If a renewal payment is not completed, paid access may remain active until the end of the grace period reported by the store or RevenueCat. When no explicit date is provided, our service uses a 16-day fallback. After that period, the UUID returns to the Free plan.

06 Future Collaborations

We are open to future collaborations with companies and partners. If a collaboration changes how data is processed or shared, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before introducing that processing.

07 Local Storage and Retention

Local preferences remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes local data but does not notify our server or automatically delete server-side data. Tracking, notification, Smart Care, subscription, and quota data is kept only as long as needed to provide the feature, operate the service, support users, or meet legal obligations. AI request identifiers and cached successful responses are normally retained for up to 45 days. The app does not create a login account.
