1. About the App
OfferteSenzaSforzi displays Amazon product offers and provides saved items, price tracking, Wishlist AI, Smart Care, push notifications, and optional in-app plans. No account or login is required. The app uses an anonymous UUID to keep service limits, subscriptions, and notifications connected to the same installation.
2. Data We Process
We do not ask for your name, password, payment details, contacts, photos, or location. The app may process an anonymous UUID, subscription plan, Wishlist AI usage, Smart Care usage, and the descriptions you submit to Wishlist AI or Smart Care.
If you enable notifications, price tracking, or Smart Care monitoring, our server may store the Firebase Cloud Messaging token, selected notification categories, tracked products, target price ranges, monitored objects, maintenance dates, and replacement dates needed to provide those features.
Tutorial completion, favorite product identifiers, discarded product identifiers, and local Wishlist search chronology are stored on your device. Our server and technical providers also process basic network information, such as IP address, request time, requested resource, and technical error logs.
3. How We Use and Share Data
We use data to display offers, run AI requests, enforce plan and quota limits, deliver notifications, maintain security, support users, and resolve technical problems. Our admin tools may show anonymous UUIDs, plans, quotas, notification devices, and usage summaries for support and service operations.
Data may be processed by our hosting providers, Amazon when product images or links are requested, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, RevenueCat and the app store provider for purchases, and AI providers used to generate Wishlist AI and Smart Care responses. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or third-party analytics.
The legal bases are providing the service you request, managing subscriptions or notifications you enable, complying with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
4. Amazon Affiliate Links
As an Amazon Associate, OfferteSenzaSforzi earns from qualifying purchases. The app uses affiliate links, so we may receive a commission when you make a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you.
When you open an Amazon link, Amazon processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your Amazon login, payment, shipping, or individual order details. Affiliate links contain our referral identifier, and Amazon may provide us with aggregate reports that do not identify the purchaser.
5. Payments and Subscription Plans
Paid plans are purchased through the app store and synchronized with the anonymous UUID so the server can apply the correct limits. RevenueCat and the app store provider process purchase status and billing information. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Free: 0 EUR/month, daily offers, favorites and discarded items, and price tracking for up to 3 products.
- Smart: 1.99 EUR/month, price tracking for up to 20 products, Wishlist AI, and 60 AI searches per month.
- Pro: 4.99 EUR/month, unlimited price tracking, 150 Wishlist AI searches per month, and Smart Care AI with 20 analyses per month.
Store prices, renewal rules, taxes, cancellation, refunds, and purchase confirmation are handled by the app store. The plan stored by our server is limited to what is needed to unlock the matching app features.
If you cancel a paid plan, the plan remains active for the remaining paid month and expires at the end of that billing period. After expiry, the app returns to the Free plan unless a new paid subscription is active.
If a renewal payment is not completed, you have 16 days to update or complete the payment. If payment is still not completed after that grace period, the subscription is cancelled and the anonymous UUID reverts to the Free plan.
6. Future Collaborations
We are open to future collaborations with companies and partners. If a collaboration changes how data is processed or shared, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before introducing that processing.
7. Local Storage and Retention
Local preferences remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the app. Server-side tracking, notification, Smart Care, subscription, and quota data is kept only as long as needed to provide the feature, operate the service, support users, or meet legal obligations. The app does not create a login account.
8. Your Rights and Contact
Under applicable data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
